Nigerian international, Odion Ighalo scored his 14th premier league goal of the 2015/2016 season in his club Watford’s 1-2 defeat to Totthenham on Monday, December 28th, 2015.
The striker’s impressive form has led to increased interest in the 26-year-old from clubs across Europe. The latest club being linked to the in-form attacker is Atletico Madrid.
According to Mirror, Atletico Madrid has watched Ighalo at least five times this term and are hoping to launch a bid in the region of £12m for the Nigerian as a replacement for the unimpressive Jackson Martinez next summer.
