#RIP: Nollywood Actress, Genevieve Nene Is Dead

Upcoming Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nene, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in Lagos.

This sad information was made public on Instagram by Nollywood director and screenwriter Ike Nnaebue on Wednesday. “RIP @genevievenene this is most shocking… #RealGoneTooSoon,” he wrote as he shared a photo of the budding actress.

Two weeks ago, the actress had told her fans on Instagram that she was sick and prayed for God to heal her.

“So sick Lord Jesus I need ur healing hands, thank God it’s a wrap,” Nene wrote as she shared her photo.

Her instagram posts are filled with fans mourning her sad loss. Her last Instagram post was made one week ago.
